Lighting bright, they are plastic tubing and easy to put together. It can be used with just 2 tubes or 3, for a specific height. Definitely a must buy if you have been thinking about buying these. These were cheap enough that if I didn't like them then I wouldn't be upset but I am in love with them. Tubing is a little crooked but not by enough to even really care but I love them, I cannot lie!
