Love this so much! The ingredients are so great and honestly the taste is better than I expected. It mixes well in a glass of water or you can shake it up in one of the mini water bottles. It is too soon to tell for how it affects my hair, but I really feel like I can see and feel a difference in my skin, and not just my face! Will definitely be buying again.

I’ve been using this Nello product occasionally for about two weeks. It really calms and relaxes me especially when my anxiety is high. It helps me fall into sleep faster because it’s calming but it’s not meant to make you sleepy so I can still do things if I want to. This flavor is the best!
I got raspberry lemonade it’s so good and it’s perfect to drink at night I hate the taste of sweetness but I couldn’t even tell it had sweetner in it it’s so good I do recommend
