The scooter is a pretty good scooter the only bad thing I would say is when my scooter got delivered I went to use it and the throttle wasn’t working for the gas it takes a couple times for it to work which in the last 3 days I’ve been using it for work it’s been a constant problem, mind u I just got the scooter Friday. Love the scooter. 1000w has a kick when starting off which you definitely have to get used to. It also breaks very hard, but you can loosen the brakes to make it a lot smoother. You can download an app which makes it easy to control with the automatic lock if you walk away from the scooter. The max speed I've hit is 32 mph. I would definitely recommend for those that have used and use to riding scooters for those that haven't be warned

I did have some issues with the scooter but it still drives and works as it should (don’t get the scooter if you have a lot of inclined hills) . The customer service deserves a 10 star rating though! They were responsive (they do work opposite hours than the US I think) but they were super helpful and I’m definitely a satisfied customer!
