One of the best gut reset cleansers I have ever taken. The owner and formulator coming from Ghana, I knew this was going to be natural and authentic ingredients. I will recommend to everyone.i am done with 6 bottles already.
These bitters taste awful... I'm not going to lie to you about that. Some people use it with a little salt afterwards or mix it in their drinks or suck on or lick a lemon afterwards.. whatever helps them take it.
For me, I put a little salt on my hand, drink both bitters together and then lick the salt off my hand to help settle the taste. For Me... it helps a little. After 1 month of taking it, I'm beginning to get used to the taste.
The dosage and directions are clear. Its best to have one of those small measuring glasses for the dosage rather than using the tablespoon you have in your utensils drawer. I take mine after my meals, as instructed and the measuring glass makes it easy to take. I haven't had any side effects, but when you take it, be prepared to go to the bathroom. The bathroom feeling doesnt hit me right away, it usually comes the following day for me but some people have reported it works 30 minutes after taking it for them. The packaging was as it appears online and it was sealed to keep it stored properly.
So far I don't have any complaints. This is my 2nd set of bitters. I also tried mixed berry soursop.
