It was easy to use and very useful that it came with a scoop and it wasn’t to hard to get out of the container either. As far as effectiveness I have to wait a few weeks to see any results but I will guarantee it does do something because my friend uses this creatine and her body looked amazing within the first 4 weeks so I know this creatine does wonders and works really well.
