I am 5ft 5in 180 and I got XLarge so it would be a little loose on me. It fits perfectly just like I wanted. So yes its true to size so if you pick your exact size it'll be a little tight. It reaches the floor on me so they are about a 32 length in Xlarge. They are so comfortable i love them and they are super cute.
