When I receive my package, the back of the envelope was completely soaked. At first I thought it was water from the rain. Then, as I opened the package, I realized it’s the actual oil. I have not opened the box of oil, but there has to be a leak because this is the only place it could’ve come from.

Received the package right after my wax appointment so i tried it right away. The roller ball is a sort of frosted plastic that went clear once it got coated in oil, and it's fairly large to cover a good amount of surface area, making it very quick to apply to my underarms (less than 5 seconds for each side). There's a very slight herbal smell that I only notice if it's right by my nose. A short while after applying it, I noticed the bumps from being freshly waxed were all smoothed out (it was bumpy for over an hour after waxing, but now it's 90% smooth just minutes after using the oil). I'll see how effective it is at hair reduction as I use it, but for now the initial experience is very positive.
