One of the best things I have ever bought! I have so much less body pain , I have so much energy , less brain fog , sleep so much better I wake up refreshed ! I bought 3 other brands of vitamin d3 and k2 and I came back to this one it does the absolute best for me and my family we love it !
I bought these for my dad- I know the work because I have used them for my lymphatic drain! Packaging was nice, capsules were not stuck together and all dry.
Personally- I wouldn't be able to take capsule form- which is unfortunate because it is easier to travel with and take while at work or our and about. With my busy lifestyle it would be a very nice option. I do not consume pork/pork products. I wish more products would specify which kind if what kind of gelatin they use- and I wish more companies would stick with bovine of vegetable based- even if offering them at a higher price. I am happy these are affordable and you do get 240 capsules! I just wish the world would be more considerate of HALA.
One great thing about this product is - NO GLUTEN and NO SHELFISH! So-That is a major win!!
