Missing Parts, Cannot Assemble
Very disappointed. I received this sauna on July 11 but didn’t assemble it immediately because I was preparing a place for it. When I finally opened and assembled the frame, I discovered that 4 of the metal rods (Part B) are missing. Without these pieces, I cannot complete the square frame or use the sauna at all.
The instructions clearly show the required parts, but the package was incomplete. Now the return window has expired, leaving me with a product I paid for but cannot even assemble or use.
A brand-new product should arrive with ALL the parts required to put it together.
