The reason I’m writing this as a 3 star review is because it leaks terribly, the catch tray doesn’t sit flush and one of the supporting pieces on it came broke. I have to babysit this machine in order to avoid a massive cleanup.
⭐️ Edited to add update-customer service was super helpful with figuring out why mine was leaking. There is an o ring that if it isn’t cleaned and put back carefully will cause the seal to break and cause dripping.
