I bought two of these charged it as the instruction stated for 3 to 4 hours. My first use powered it on some of the mist came out and then it completely stopped now there’s no mist at all. Video attached.

It's working without being able to install it in the app, and it launches the essence very quickly. I want to control the fluid with the app; the Smart option is not available. When I press the button, that option is skipped and it switches to "on," meaning only "on," "6H," and "12H" are available. The Smart function doesn't increase the brightness. I connected it as the manual says, but I think that option is broken.

This Loft Waterless Diffuser by Hotel Collection has some decent potential, but I was quite disappointed by this. My main complaints are: - This is supposed to be a “Space Gray” color, but it actually looks like a light mint green. - The beep volume is extremely loud. I was intending on using this at work, but the beep feedback after any settings change, power on, power off, etc., is disruptive and cannot be disabled. - The little 20ml Diffuser Oil bottles are too small to fit onto the atomizer nozzle with the straw that is included. I wouldn’t be upset if a smaller straw was included, or if the bottles themselves were the same size as the refill bottle - even if the same amount of oil was included. I do like the size of the diffuser. Its output is decent and it operates very quietly (minus the disruptive beeping). It charges quickly and I really like that the USB Type C charging port is located on the back of the device, closest to the bottom. I think this is a decent value for the price, though the scents that are part of the three pack kit aren’t my favorite, and would not have been my first choice. The color is actually off-putting, and will unfortunately be the reason for why I am returning it. I’ll be happy to buy the black one, if it ever comes back in stock.

I love this waterless diffuser you can program it to your phone and set a timer on it and turn it on and off the scent that came with it was my way and it smells amazing the fragrance really last all day I have it in my bedroom and when I walk in it smells like a 5 star hotel. You can smell it right away. I have it in my bedroom and it goes all over to the living room and when people come over to the house they’re always asking. What is that nice smell and I tell him what it is and they cannot believe that little machine can do that much and making a room or the house smells so good. Strength: It’s very strong. The lovely smell. Longevity: It lasts a long time Packaging: The packaging was excellent. Very protected to make sure it doesn’t get damage.

Best diffuser I’ve bought. Others usually spit out the oil and leaves a coating all over the counter where this one does not leave a coating. Love the timer. I now have 4 of them for the house. Great product. Highly recommend!

I really like this diffuser! It’s very convenient because once it’s fully charged, you don’t have to keep it plugged in. The cordless design makes it easy to move from room to room, and it works great. It’s simple to use, looks nice, and fills the space with a pleasant fragrance. I’m looking forward to see how it works out for me. I’m giving it a five out of five for now. Hopefully I don’t have to change the rating. The package is very sleek. I’m really excited to use this. It’s supposed to be like an inside fragrance, however I’m planning to use it in my car not in the front console, though. I’ll probably put it in my trunk and set it for when I’m driving.

First of all, to give credit where credit is due, this diffuser performs VERY, very well. It operates very quietly when diffusing. The rubberized base prevents accidental/inadvertent movement, while simultaneously muffling/dampening the pump noise from reverberating through the surface it is placed on. It has a cool, unique design, with a well placed USB Type C charging port. It charges relatively quickly, and battery life is decent. In comparison to other similarly priced diffusers, the mist/scent throw is quite good. App connectivity is also a huge benefit. That being said, my major issues with the device are as follows: - The “Space Gray” color varies WILDLY from the listing photos and videos. In real life, the color most similarly resembles a light mint green, not gray. It definitely cheapens its appearance. - The loud beeping cannot be disabled. I was going to use this in my cubicle, at the Call Center where I work, but the button press beeps are so shrill and loud, that it disrupted my coworkers around me and caused a distraction. It’s simply unacceptable for a device at this price point. - The compatible oil scent bottles are too small to simply install directly onto the nozzle, because the straw is too long, as it is made to fit the pre-installed “refill” bottle. This device should either include a smaller straw to accommodate the size of the bottle that the company sells the oil in, or the oils should be sold in a bottle that is sized to match the bottle that’s included. The included bottle is made of plastic, which breaks down when interacting with these oils, as opposed to a glass bottle (which I could then justify washing and refilling each time), but the plastic also absorbs remnants of each scent, eventually negatively effecting and distorting the scent being emitted. As previously stated, I still consider this a very good diffuser, but only at this MAXIMUM $50 price point. Nothing about this device justifies a $99 (or higher) price tag.

The instructions are not clear at all. You dont add water and then scent- you iust pour the scent bottle this comes with, into the bottle it comes with. The instructions that came with this are so vague and so outdated. The name of the app is “HC Loft”, the instructions state the app name is “S moodplus” which my store couldn’t even find. So thats incorrect. Im bot pleased with the output either. Will definitely be looking to return it.

Love a good smelling house when I walk in. I have a larger one in my living room. This smaller one is in my kitchen. Fits next to and behind our echo perfectly. The fragrances last for 2-3 months on medium if left on during the day.
