Storing seasonal clothing, blankets and other bulky items is something most of all us deal with. I have had other vacuum bag systems and they are ok, but they have always required using my own vacuum to evacuate the air out of the bag. With this kit including its own hand held vacuum, it opens more doors - traveling for example, you can vacuum pack while packing to leave on a trip and take the vacuum pump so you you can vacuum pack to continue to travel…it just makes sense. The vacuum pump works fine, the bags are of decent quality and size and the vacuum port on the bags has a screw top to lessen the possibility of a leak, sealing the bag air tight. There are several different size bags in the kit to use so the capacity you need to store - more or less - chances are increased you will have the size and capacity you need to store or pack with. There are some of the smaller bags that do not have a vacuum port, so they are basically just big baggies…see my video. In short, for the money, this is a good storage kit, especially with the little vacuum that is furnished.

Loved this bag so much I was a bit iffy because the vacuum was hand held but it worked great and is an awesome value for the price. I noticed not to fill the bags with a lot of blankets or else it wouldn’t be thin like I wanted it. One bag had 2 comforters 3 fleece one sheet and was a bit thick. For the rest I went lighter on the amount of blankets inside. The size of the bag was huge I was worried about that but there is no need to worry !!! The zipper quality is great and comes with a little slider thing to help shut it. After some air was out I sat on and kept pumping air out. Great compression and it works amazing. I will definitely buy more if I ever need to but I seriously I used 3 bags so I’m good for a while!
