The pillows come vacuum sealed but soon as you open them the fluff right in up. The provide a good measure of support and comfort for my head,neck and shoulder area. It is not to soft or to firm in my opinion.
The quality and comfort from this set is awesome for the extremely low price! I only wish the comforter was just a little bigger as it barely drapes over my king sized bed. It just isn’t quite wide enough
