The taste isn’t the greatest but after you get past the second or third sip it gets better. They did relax me a little but I feel like I’d have to drink several in order to get to that place of calmness for a mood adjustment to happen. They are too expensive in my opinion to be buying on a regular and would be something I’d only purchase if going to a social event where alcohol was going to be present and wasn’t going to be partaking. I’d like it to be something more useful for a daily use instead of having to take pills to adjust my mood, I could just make having a can of the drink a normal part of my routine.
