Surprising worth it...
Recently I've been looking for a good supplement that's specifically for vaginal health without all the extra ingredients or the risk of it not even working. I've tried around 4 different brands here on TikTok and the Good Girl probiotics are one of the only brands I've noticed ACTUALLY work. After two days I've noticed a change down there with my moisture, apparently the moisture and discharge created by your body allows your ph balance to regulate itself (Which I have definitely noticed since taking the probiotics).
