I love it! I have an Apple Watch and have compared data and they are about the same. I love that I can wear the ring to sleep and on days when I don’t normally wear my watch. I did a lot of research on which ring I wanted and Ringconn Gen 2 felt like the best choice and it definitely was! The app is easy to navigate and I love the women’s health tracking, very accurate! I seen reviews that the ring gets scratched up, but I work in a warehouse and have yet to notice any scratches. Shipping was accurate and TikTok had better prices than Prime Day!
OK so I’ve had this ring for almost a week and so far I love it. It does exactly what a got my Apple Watch for except it’s just a little more convenient because I cannot sleep with my watch on and this one tracks Everything. It tracks my vitals. My sleep patterns. it has women’s health for your cycles. The only thing is for exercise aren’t very many options, but I make it work with what I got overall I love this ring and the battery life is like six days of life. If you’re even debating if you should get this, let me tell you you should at least give it a try cause more than likely you’re really gonna like this product.
