About Blind Box Products
“Blind Box” means the specific design inside is random and unknown before opening — for both customers and us.
·We cannot guarantee which exact figure you will receive.
·We cannot guarantee receiving a secret edition (please refer to the probability stated on the product packaging).
·The number of figures may vary by series.
For full set purchases:
If a secret edition appears, it will replace one regular figure in the set.

Due to the unique nature of blind box products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
After-Sales Conditions
1. Defects
Blind box figures are designer collectibles with partial handmade craftsmanship.
Minor imperfections (such as slight paint variations, small scratches, or bubbles) are considered normal.
If you receive a product with major defects, please contact customer support for assistance.
2. Card & Accessories
If the included ID card does not match the figure, we will provide the correct replacement card.
3. Duplicate Figures (Full Set Only)
If a full set contains duplicate figures, we will:
·Provide the missing regular figure
·Arrange return of the duplicate item
4. Limited Edition Products
After-sales policies for limited edition items may vary.

5. Secret Edition Redemption (If Applicable)
Some series may include a secret edition redemption card.

Live Stream Policy
For products opened during live streams (with customer consent):
·No returns or exchanges will be accepted once opened
·Exception applies only for major product defects
