Item comes in a two pack and one came defective. When charging, it makes a strange small squeaky noise I am not sure what that is exactly, but after plugging in and then back off multiple times it’s confirmed the noise is real. Customer service does not offering replacements, just refunds, so you’ll have to go through those extra steps in having to return the item just to get your refund. I highly believe defective items should just be replaced, especially when it’s a 2pk and you only need one more that actually works to have your pair. It’s all very inconvenient when products aren’t tested before sending them out as well but that is just my opinion.
