The seller was so helpful in resolving an issue- The awning is super cute and does an exactly what it should. The mechanism to turn for it to extend was easy and not hard to roll out or down. The quality of the canvas was great. I would say the assembly is a bit tedious but that has never been my thing. I would definitely order items from them in the future and another awning if we need one for another area of the house.

I originally purchased the 10x10, and for our family of 8 it felt a little too small. We loved it so much, though, that we ended up ordering the 12x12 for the extra space during our kids' soccer games.
The 10x1 comfortably fits our double camping chair, three additional chairs, our wagon, and our ice chest with room to move around. We received so many compliments on it!
I highly recommend it. The only downside is that it can get pretty warm inside on hot days, so I'd suggest bringing a fan. Other than that, it holds up great in windy conditions as long as it's properly staked down.
