Purchased this for large pieces/quantity braising. First use was to parboil lge rack of backpork ribs followed by slow cook with barbecue sauce in the oven for braised pork for buns. All four pieces were done perfectly. Pan easy to clean. One of my first purchases for new induction range. I'll watch Misen as I look for suitable items. Works great on my induction stove top. Great for amounts a frying pan with sloped sides can't accommodate. Easy to clean. This is my 3rd Misen pan and I'm already scoping out what to add to my collection next.

I love the size because I needed a bigger pan/lid to handle larger servings. We love Misen and highly recommend it. We first bought a Misen set and have added several pans since then such as the 6 qt and 4 qt pans.
