Eligibility for a refund
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact.
Reasons for denial of a refund
We do not issue refunds for products that show any of the following signs of use or damage:

·Stains or makeup: Products with stains, marks, or any form of cosmetic residue.

Consequences of a denied refund
If a returned product is found to be in a used or damaged condition as described above, a refund will not be issued. In such cases, the product will be forfeited to our company, and no credit or replacement will be provided.
