About color difference

Because the resolution of each person's monitor settings is different and various other factors, digital pictures will have some color difference to some extent. We believe that no matter what we do, it should be realistic. Therefore, we hope to be able to reproduce the physical details as realistically as possible through the pictures, so that what you get is what you see. The tiling and detail pictures are all taken by ourselves.

We have been constantly improving the photographic effect, but due to different camera and monitor parameters, lighting and other factors, it is still difficult to avoid the problem of color difference between the real object and the photo, so please refer to the real color.

Return and exchange policy

1. The goods can be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances

1. If the goods are damaged, sent the wrong goods (color, style,), missed, large stains, very serious damage, etc., they cannot be sold. You can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please be sure to take a picture first and then contact our customer service staff for negotiation and processing. If it is determined by our company that it is indeed a quality problem, the freight incurred will be borne by our company. Our company refuses to accept the delivery. Please help us advance the freight first. We will directly pay the freight incurred by Alipay to your designated Alipay account. ( Note: If you return the goods directly without contacting us, we will not accept it)

2. No returns or exchanges will be made under the following circumstances

1. Occasionally, there are small bubbles, scratches, small defects, etc., which do not affect the sales. Quality problems are not considered. All glasses factories cannot avoid such problems. There is no 100% perfect product.

2. Man-made defects, product color difference, slow logistics, and poor service attitude of logistics companies.

3. The problem of the buyer's subjective judgment (such as: I don't like it, it's different from what I imagined, it's different from others, the material doesn't meet my imagination, the feel is not good, it doesn't look good, etc.)

4. The colors of the before and after shipments are different. Since each batch is different, it is difficult to ensure that the colors of the products are exactly the same as the previous batch.
