Available in two versions: Unclean Djon Djon: Contains more natural soil residue and requires thorough cleaning before use. Pre-Cleaned Djon Djon: Lightly cleaned for easier preparation but should still be rinsed before soaking. All-natural and vegan, with no preservatives or additives. Bring home the true taste of Haitian cuisine. Directions 1- Gently shake or rinse mushrooms to remove visible dirt. 2- Soak in warm water for 20–30 minutes until ened and the water turns dark. 3- Strain and reserve the dark soaking liquid (Djon Djon broth). 4- Use the broth to cook rice, soups, or sauces for an authentic Haitian flavor.
