I love this suplement blend! It has been my partner in crime in getting my hormones balanced as a person with PCOS who left the pill two years ago after taking it non-stop for about 7 years. Since I made this drink part of my routine, I've noticed a significant reduction in PCOS symptoms such as mood imbalances, irregular periods, cramps, I started seeing my hair grow again and it's improved my acne situation. I started seeing more progress in my skin health with the latest formula improvement and I'm hopeful I'll see the day where my skin is completely free from acne without taking the pill.

I had my IUD removed back in July and since then I didn’t have regular periods and I was only spotting here and there. Within 1.5 weeks of using this product I had a period and It’s the most normal I have felt in a long time. I am breaking out but I think It’s just cause my hormones have been all over the place. Still new to this product so I am looking forward to seeing more benefits because I do not want to go back on birth control for my pcos!

Hii! This really is the best supplement I’ve tried, and I’ve spent so much money trying to fix my health. When I would go to the doctor, they would always suggest birth-control pills for my acne, and then later for my PCOS, but I never took them. So, after some time, I’ve heard about Milamend drink and started researching. Then I noticed the simptoms Mila had, and her journey is so similar to mine. So I’ve decided to give it a try. I was so excited! After 3 weeks of using the drink, my period became regular!! I never had my period come on the same date! My mood got so much better, there isn’t these dramatic ups and downs for no reason. Also, prayer is a big part of that. My skin looks so much better, and acne is gone! There is also no more bloating after every meal. So, I want to say a big thank you to Mila for being strong and perssistent on her journey, and to her team also! I love milamend. I usually get mixed berry but this time I tried the chocolate because of the sale, wasn’t my favorite flavor so I might just stick with berry or try the hibiscus next time.

The taste is absolutely horrible. I’d rather take the pills. It’s not good at all and they don’t even offer refunds. I don’t know what I’m going to do with my TWO bags I purchased. I can’t even finish a cup. Don’t buy unless you have no tastebuds.

Milamend has changed my life! I can really tell the difference when i first started taking it. When i stopped consistently taking it because i did not order ahead, i felt it in my body that my symptoms were back. Never skipping it again, learned it the hard way. I also appreciate that Mila is actively listening, cause i did not like the stevia on the first flavor and she was quick with the unsweetened flavor. It mixes really with water or juice and itvtastes good. But for now it isn’t improving anything. TBH my symptoms are returning, compared to when I used just inositol mix. My period is getting more irregular, my cravings, I’m lethargic, my hair is thinning and I’m steam sporting a beard. It probably works for some, but I know how my hormones look and they’re crazy. So for now it’s just a really expensive supplement ❤️

I haven’t been taking it for long, but it’s definitely already impacting my mood and energy, which I’m so grateful for. I don’t think the flavor is bad at all, it’s actually quite enjoyable and not too sweet when mixed with around 350ml of water but the powder often doesn’t mix in completely, so you might feel it while drinking (still bearable).
