I've been using this for several months and subscribe.. they are packed with supplements we need, more than just biotin- I do see a difference in not just my hair but skin.. if I skip a few days, I feel it and notice. They aren't sour, they work.. well worth it, esp subscribing monthly. I have issues with my body absorbing vitamins but my actual endocrine lab work showed a significant difference since I started and kept up taking these.. is it solely because of just taking these, not completely but I'd say 40-60% yes, these helped making a difference in balancing out some of the hormonal stuff due to perimenopause .. Such a fraud Vegamour is!!!! I ordered these gummies in October, 2025 which was $80 canadian dollars, Which I never got. These people always keep saying, the tracking is not updated. Give some time we are checking, it might got lost in transit. Just keep giving excuses, neither they send the product nor they return your money…. It is the biggest scam i have ever seen !!!

I love the way they taste and they are easy to eat. I just can't say whether they did anything or not. For sure I can say nothing happened with my nails, as they are still just as thin as ever. Jury is out on my hair. But I love to eat these! Sometimes they would be my late night snack for something sweet.

I used to get the gro plus and loved them as gummies but they switched to multiple pills and made me nauseous. I went back to these bc I couldn’t deal with the pills but I feel they are much less effective. I wish they would make the gro plus gummies again!
