The Ballistic Defence BD Aegean 1.0 Combat Shirt is designed to balance comfort, mobility, and durability for extended wear. It is made from a cotton and polyester blend, with organic cotton added to improve comfort and moisture control.

The fabric is water repellent while remaining breathable, helping manage perspiration during movement without trapping heat. Weighing 390 g, the combat shirt maintains a lightweight feel while holding up to regular use. Reinforced stitching is applied in high stress areas to improve durability over time.

The ergonomic cut allows unrestricted movement through the shoulders and arms. Sleeves include upper arm utility pockets with hook and loop closures, patch panels for identification, and small compartments for pens or sunglasses. Integrated elbow pockets allow optional pad inserts when needed. Cuffs feature a zipper and hook and loop adjustment system for fit control.
