"Blind box" means no one knows which exact figurine of the series you may get before opening-nor do us. A regular figurine will be replaced if the secret edition appears in the whole set (big congratulations!!!)

Thus, we cannot guarantee which exact figurine you will get upon purchase.

We also cannot guarantee that any purchase will definitely get the secret edition (please refer to the probability on product package).

REMINDER: Upon receipt of your order, an unboxing video must be recorded for blind box products. If you later file a claim for shortages, omissions, incorrect shipments, or product defects, please provide the unboxing video for verification. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement immediately. Failure to provide the required video will result in no refund or exchange being offered.
