Instructions: 1.Place the white silicone into the groove of the gold tooth.

2.Place the gold tooth (or silver tooth) along with the silicone into hot water at approximately 70–80°C and soak for about 15–30 seconds to soften the silicone.

(Note: Do not use boiling water, as this will cause the silicone to disintegrate and render it unusable.)

3.Place the gold (or silver) tooth in your mouth and gently bite down on it with your upper and lower teeth.The softened silicone will be compressed by your teeth, adjusting its shape inside your mouth to match the contours of your teeth, thereby securing and setting the tooth in place.

4.If the fit is not satisfactory, repeat the process until you are satisfied.

5.After each use, rinse the tooth aligner with clean water, let it air dry, and store it properly.
