· The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn't work? NOTE! Please have a look on below instruction about how to attach pad, the three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad firmly stuck on mop-head, so that avoid this problem!

· Why does the lid come off when bucket lifted? It seems that there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, the thinner one which printed "LOCK" is actually a lock that lock lid in the bucket. So just use the lift-handle to move the bucket so that the top lid won't come off!

· What can I do if any accessories (including mop handle or cleaning cloth or mop-head) missed or broken? JUST Message us if ANY issues occur! · "Dirty" water flows into "Clean" water? —— Nope, the bucket only designs to separate "WASH" and "DRY" function! The design that the squeezed water goes back to the "WASH" side for two reasons: 1) Keep the DRY side empty to squeeze water properly; 2) Maintain the water level in WASH side for continuous times use until customers want get the water changed.

· The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why? Fill water into WASH chamber and wet the mop firstly! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. And it happens normally at first few times uses, please push down in some strength at beginning, also tilting mop at some angles maybe helpful.
