All sales are final due to particalarity of pre-owned products. By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of the product's condition and waive anyrights to return, refund, or chargeback.

4. Cancellations and Eligibility

 Cancellation window: customers are granted a one-hour grace period following order placement to request a cancellation.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Luxyun offers limited returns or refunds under the specific circumstances outlined below:

 Product arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts in the delivery, we offer a refund with in 7 days. Requests based on "change of mind," "item no longer needed," or "incorrect fit" will not be accepted.

 Most refunds are issued and processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and process buyer's return.

 If returned items are damaged, missing parts, not in their original condition, or show signs of use for reasons unrelated to Luxyun, we will apply partial refund.
