I ordered a fragrance from this company, but my order never arrived properly. I received an empty box with no fragrance inside. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially after paying for the product.
I contacted the company hoping they would resolve the issue, but I am very unhappy with this experience. Customers should receive exactly what they paid for. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless this issue is properly addressed.
