Vacuum works well. It switches from hard wood to carpet automatically. Hose and attachments work well. Easy to use. When I received the vacuum there was a sticky pink liquid inside the box and all over the vacuum. I can’t identify what the stuff was however I was able to get it off the vacuum.

Just received and used my Shark for the first time today (2/13/26). I live alone, have no pets, and keep a clean house (vacuum weekly+). A friend came for a weekend in December 2025 and brought her Husky. This is what the Shark pulled out of the carpet I vacuumed weekly (carpet/hardwood).

Love it!!! Took it out of the box. Assembled in about 5 minutes. Went to vacuum my bedroom and my room where I do my nails and it picked up SO MUCH DIRT AND HAIR!! I literally just vacuumed like 2 days ago. I also have 2 cats. 10/10 easy to maneuver!! Update: don’t run over the cord!

Quality of work: With 2 dogs we are always vacuuming and the ease at which this vacuum moves from hard floors to carpet is outstanding! Performance: Out main entry carpet looks like new and I barely need to do one passby 😲 Capacity: The only area I wish I could change! Easy to dispose, the canister does fill up quickly 🥰

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. The suction is incredible. I have 3 dogs,and it had no problem getting all the dog hair up. It's actually quieter than the other vacuums I've had also. Easy to put together as well. No regrets.

I’m honestly SO impressed with this vacuum! The suction is amazing—it picks up everything from dust to pet hair (we have a dachshund 🐶 so that says a lot). Love the vacuum except for one thing. It will not work on the really thin rugs that are all the rage on Tiktok. Even with the suction set on minimum, it lifts the carpet up until the red warning light goes on which I assume will overheat the motor. No way to adjust the height

Great vacuum! We had a cordless shark vacuum for years that we loved. However we sacrificed convenience for suction power. We didn't realized it until we used this vacuum. We were shocked! This vacuum is great! I bought this one and the more upgraded one. I can only imagine what the larger one can

It’s an okay product. As someone who cleans homes as a side hustle I’m not as impressed as I thought it would be. It doesn’t recognize that my carpet is carpet. It won’t let me vacuum my area rug. Does good on hard floor. Overall I wish I would have gotten a different kind of shark vacuum.
