A little awkward to use at first until I figured out how to use it. Open the wings, press down on the cap, then clamp the wings over the bottle ridge. Superb at keeping bubbly from going flat. Left our open bottle for a week, and poured out like we'd just opened it!

Best way to enjoy a bottle of champagne over several hours and still keep it bubbly. Sturdy and effective, I couldn't be happier.

I have purchased a few different champagne/ sparkling wine preservers over the past two years. I have tried some less expensive and some more expensive ones. The chrome stopper keeps good pressure that keeps the wine sparkling. It is my favorite. I have purchased and have them at home and given them as gifts.
