Mine came with scratches and pits on the plastic, and it's very difficult to turn because the cubes are not lined up correctly. But, you don't really need to turn it much. No matter how much you mix it up, you can usually "solve" this in 2 or 3 turns. Also, "end" is mislabeled. Low quality.
