I was a subscriber for these lamb crisps (which are my pets favorite). Apparently this item is out of stock now but that was never communicated. And my credit card was charged for my October shipment but no order was fulfilled. I have sent several emails to the support dept with no response. I understand if the item is no longer available but that should be communicated and I should be refunded for something I did not received. Maybe this review will help alert customer service and resolve the issue.

These are my pup’s fave. It’s hard for her to control herself. Like when I walk with them to give them to her, she sometimes jumps on me to get it. She never does that with other treats or her meals. I use these for a specific nighttime treat to entice her to not waste her time and handle her business during her last potty break of the day. Good quantity. Not too hard.

Many pieces are too thick to break into smaller ones, making it difficult or impossible to safely feed to your dog. Dogs like the flavor, though. Probably won't buy again.
