They are fresh and I love the length of the shelf life, I wasn’t expecting them to be so small however for the bundle I can see why. I was expecting the hot ones to be hot but it wasn’t. The one that says Mexican and the one that says hot their wasn’t a difference in taste at all to me, I haven’t tried the polish one and although I personally wouldn’t buy them again as the vinegar taste is a bit too strong but overall they are ok
