I've Only been taking it for about 2 and a 1/2 months. I don't know if my blood pressure is going down. They are easy to swallow. They have no taste. I won't know until I go to my doctor and see if there's any results. I assume taking these pills along with changing my diet to a more vegetable and fruit concentration like watermelon. Cucumbers , blackberries , blueberries cherries should have a positive result
