This totally calms me down!! I feel so mellowed out on it. My energy level is still the same, no significant changes though. Ordered the night time gummies, but delivery has been delayed for almost 2 weeks now. Sleep has improved slightly. Will continue to take for it's calming effects.

After I have been taking this magnesium for two weeks, I can honestly say that the change is noticeable. I was taking it at night until my sleep became more shorter falling asleep. For me it’s better to take it in the mornings. I don’t feel sluggish or tired. The arrival time was very impressive!
