One of the figures came damaged (head chipped off the body completely). I saw some other reviews saying the same (even worse, as in more figures damaged in a set). I messaged pop mart on TikTok about either getting a refund of the figure price or getting a replacement figure (which is what I wanted). The response time was very slow and a lot of bot responses which made it more confusing and I ended up being told conflicting answers. In the end, they said that it was too late to give me a partial refund AND that the figure was “sold out.” Go “figure”…sort of sucks bc Inosoul is my favorite.

When I first bought an Inosoul, I got the ghost baby and I was so happy in the moment that I bought another one as soon as I opened him. He also came pretty fast. When I bought the other box, it took 2x as long to get here, which happens and I wasn’t caring much since I was just excited to get another one. When it finally came, I opened again it and was disappointed to see that I got the SAME exact one, which you can expect from a blind box but it’s the fact that it’s my second time getting one, it came much slower than the first, and out of all of 12 other options… I got a dupe.
