The one star is because I bought 3 of the hair powders. What I got was one powder in an open package that may have had 3 in it but only had one when I got it. Filed a claim so we’ll see how that goes. BUT it’s zero stars for the actual powder. It’s smells fine (like ivory soap, classic barber soap). But it does absolutely nothing in your hair. No hold, no volume. It does make it matte but it’s not moldable or shapeable. I’ve tried it kind wet, dry, with heat. It does nothing but get all over your clothes.
