This fountain leaks from the bottom and will drip directly onto your floors. Instead of helping, customer service claimed the water coming out of the bottom is "part of the design." A pet water fountain should not be designed to leak onto the floor. It’s extremely inconvenient and will ruin floors!

Product wouldn’t hold charge. Charged it, did a couple manual water changes, then the lights went off, and it didn’t work. Turned it on and off made sure everything was aligned, checked to see if fully charged and still didn’t work. Just received it yesterday 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have this water fountain for my cats and as soon as I seen that it had a stainless steel bowl come out I ordered it because it is much better for your cats to eat and drink out of stainless steel bowls. Does the job. Cats all approve!

Ease of Use: very easy the only problem i would say is,the buttons could be more responsive it’s either delayed or doesn’t register it at all. Size & Capacity: the size is pretty good it holds about 3 days worth of water maybe more if you use longer intervals and the waste water storage holds about 1 1/2 days worth. Ease of Cleaning: it cleans pretty well the only bad thing i would say it about when it empties it doesn’t fully drain so it might leave a film on the bowl.

I bought this because my cat always wants clean water and it holds a charge for months while dumping and refilling every 2-6 hours (you choose amount and timing). It is cordless and the battery stays charged months. I swap out the water twice a week. It’s perfect for paw drinkers or picky cats
