You'll have to excuse me, I don't usually write reviews and can get a little wordy. Bought my first Pivot 4 years ago, after having three similar products fall apart on me with each taking less than a month to do it. I was so impressed with my Keyport Pivot that I purchases a second one with a bundle during the Kickstarter campaign they held shortly after. Both of which still look and work as if I had gotten them last week instead of four years ago. What does this have to do with the Neba Knife Module? I was looking for a trivial piece, but couldn't find where to order it. So I left a message on Keyport's support page. I was emailed by 10 AM (their time) the next morning. After a couple of short quick emails (basically a chat), it was decided that if I ordered something (value was unimportant) what I wanted would be sent along with it. Who can't use a second Neba Knife? Also got a couple of face-plates so I can switch around (my original shows absolutely no signs of wear after years of use). This was all packed and shipped within two hours!! And really shipped, not just a label created with the package sitting there for days. That was a Friday and the package arrived the following Monday, from Las Vegas to the East Coast. So many companies promise service these days, but fail to back it up. And just about everything manufactured comes with a built in, die early life cycle, but promises of durability. Keyport, and the people that work there, are one of the rare ones that actually deliver on all fronts, not just empty promises. All of their products are well made and well thought out, and made and designed by people that truly care about what they are doing and what they are producing. A rare jewel indeed!!
