I bought this machine and I truly love it but when I received it the door latch was broken and the door was scratched i don’t want to return it I just want to see if I can get the door or latch replaced it’s to heavy for me to try to return it.I had already made a complaint and no one has messaged

This thing is a beast. I’m a first timer and have had minimal complications. Any issues I have had were due to my lack of knowledge. It would be nice if the cfs was a dryer though because everything prints better dry but I guess that’s just an upgrade I’ll have to eat. Overall it’s a 99

Aside from FedEx transporting the box upside down and damage to the box, I love this. Even though I researched this printer before purchasing, it was even better than I could have imagined. Also even bigger than expected, do yourself a favor and measure whatever your putting it on.

The Creality K2 Plus is an amazing 3D Printer. I was creating things right out the box and I'm totally new to 3D printing. However, Had this for less than 2 weeks and already the screenon the CFS is screwed up. Total waste and they are giving me the runaround. The CFS is Garbage.

Started great, then quickly became unusable. Issues within 2 weeks escalated to crashes, grinding, and constant failures. Months of support with 48–96hr delays, no answers, and replacement ignored. Dragged out process and terrible customer support.

Absolutely love this thing. Packaged well and very protected. Easy setup and use. Would have been nicer if we were told it was coming in separate shipments. Live stated CFS came with 4 colors to try, but it came with none. K2 came with 1 spool of white. Still great purchase.

So far so good! The CFS unit works amazing. No issues at all with the printer. Adhesion is perfect! And my oh my that is a HUGE build plate! Loving it so far.

Just got my printer today. I have a K2 Pro already and this thing just makes it look tiny. This printer is huge. I've done all the initial stuff and a benchy and it came out amazing. Looking for ward to fill size helmets.

5 days into using this the printer went crazy when trying to calibrate and it dug up the print tray and the nozzle prints so crappy at this point and keeps clogging. I haven’t even been able to print 1 multicolor print job since this happened, tried calling reality so many times no one available

My K2 Plus arrived with a damaged door, bent z-axis rods and broken extruder but they mailed parts quickly. The hotend hits the printer frame and damages it, no fix for that but I’m otherwise satisfied with the printer and the seller has been wonderful to work with.

Was super excited to get this machine out the box and up and running. After initializing. We got error code 2761. Had to take the housing apart on the print head to make sure wire was connected, the. Run sf check again. Same error code again. It was difficult to chat with a human at Creality, kept getting logged out the chat. My husband followed the automated troubleshooting and took the back panel off to check wiring. Everything was connected. Ran self check and again we failed. I was almost ready to pack it back up in the box and return. We came across a you tube video that showed a panel on the inside of the machine. He opens this and round wiring that was loose. He reconnected those and we ran the self check. This time we passed!!! The machine has been up and running ever since. So in hindsight sight….as total newbies to the 3d printing world. We have gained experience in finding out about the panels and wiring for our machine. The automated chats are basic help and not entirely specific to the problem. The human chats log you out before the machine completes the initial self check and you are just about on your own from there, becuase it was difficult to connect to a human after that. So you tube will probably be our best friend for a while on troubleshooting. Other than that initial “inconvenient” start up. The machine has been working excellent. We haven’t stopped printing since! We are going to enjoy having this 3d printer. Love the size of the machine and will be able to complete some nice sized projects. Looking forward to purchasing our second and third printers!!!
