I received a sweater today and it was damaged, see attached image. There was a hole in the neckline and a snag on the same neckline.
This took longer than expected to arrive, and I wanted it for an event on Sunday. Now I need to return the damaged item before anything can be done. Since there’s no way to expedite a new one, I’m planning to just do the refund and not replace. I don’t want to get another damaged item
