The Goldilocks cup.
Gah finally! I'll admit my intro to menstrual cups has been challenging, as I have a wonky tilted, shortish cervix (but I love 'er). So naturally I've had issues finding the right cup for me. This is my third cup (in a year) and it was love at first use! For me the simplest design has been best, and this is the first one I can't feel when it's in. So comfy! not too short and not too long, not too firm and not too soft. Highly recommend!

I honestly hated this cup. If you are someone who needs to grab a stem to remove (I typically use the stem to pull it down a bit and then try to pinch the base), this stem is incredibly difficult to grasp. Even without leaks, the stem becomes slippery and the notches instead of ridges makes for an unpleasant and lengthy removal. I probably only used this a handful of times because I realized sooner or later it would get stuck.

This is the most comfortable menstrual cup I have tried.

My first and only cup is Saalt Cup for now. This is a late review because I have been using this cup since 2020. Though this cup is firm, it is comfortable, easy to insert and remove and I appreciated using menstrual cup even more. I would love to try the Saalt soft but since the upgraded quiz on this website, I will now be purchasing a new cup to widen my cup experience. đ

So, the packaging is adorable, the cup material is soft, and I had a better-than-expected experience inserting and positioning the cup-- which was a relief after I had tried one a few years ago and it was a failure. But the euphoria didn't last long-- as soon as I stood up and walked around, I experienced so much discomfort, I couldn't keep it in beyond ten minutes. The constant pressure on the bladder...the only way I can describe it is a low-grade feeling of needing to urinate. Not good. I hav...

I really enjoyed the cup. The first time I went to take it out was a little scary just because the cup was sitting higher up than I expected but once I realized that's just where it sat it was great. I couldn't feel it at all and it could stay in for a very long time. I could also still poop with it in which i was never able to do with tampons. I would highly recommend everyone try it out if they haven't used a cup in the past.

I love Saalt cups and bought this one as a replacement for a cup which has a stem that I cut too short. I did not know that I had a regular so I accidentally ordered the small this time around, but I am going to try this one out and likely empty it more often on my day 1 +2, my heaviest days.

This was a purchase for a friend because I absolutely SWEAR by a menstrual cup! Love this community! Love this site for all the helpful tips!

I'm still getting used to putting it in and taking it out. Personally taking it out is more difficult than inserting it but I'm getting used to it with every change out. the fact that I can have that bad boy in there 12 hours and not be concerned about leakage. GAME CHANGER. so much better than tampons. and good for the environment?? win win win.

I started with a Lumma Disc (it came with two sizes) but that was not working for me. It just seemed all smushed up in there no matter what way I positioned it. I then took the period nirvana quiz. I wasn't sure how to answer a couple of the questions, but I was matched with a small saalt cup. This is so much better for me! It's maybe not 100% leak proof but I have only had it for a month, so I am maybe still learning. Also it is quite difficult to get out, I wish that part of the design could b...

I'm still in the learning period with my saalt cup, but I really like it! (I keep liners and tampons on hand just in case.) My only con is that when I have heavy days, I have to empty it more frequently. After I get the hang of using this cup (because it fits well), I'll look into purchasing one with a higher capacity.
I didn't know that a menstrual cup was an option until 1 year ago. I eventually read more about them online and found Period Nirvana's YouTube channel. This product is a game cha...

I actually liked the Saalt cup much more than I expected. I've only been using it for one cycle so far. But its been pretty great. There have been some minor leaking, but I expected that as I get to know the cup and figure it out. It opens much better and seals much better than my Diva cup. It is also easier to reach to remove for my higher cervix days. Definitely going to be continuing to use it.

Honestly I thought it was really nice, it was WAY more comfortable then the giant tampons I had been using! I have a really heavy flow and once I got the hang of the cup, takes a second to find the perfect schedule for dumping it out based on flow, it worked really well for it! I worried it was going to be hard to put in or take out but honestly after one or two tries itâs really not bad at all. Very happy that I made the switch!

Trying a menstral cup for the first time was very intimidating for me but after just one period using it I can't see myself going back to pads! Only had one small leak from not getting a good seal but other than that it went perfect. I love how long it can stay in without any fuss. So happy with my purchase!

It was good, I think it fits right because it does suction but it does leak some and I have to wear a pantie liner. Which is annoying because I really donât want to wear any pads atall

Why did I not try this sooner. This is so much better than tampons. Never again. Buying my daughter one ASAP!

I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis, which actually explains a lot for me. Iâve used almost solely tampons ever since I first got my period (yay for starting it the day of a swim meet!), but lately tampons had been hurting more and more to insert and remove. That wasnât fun on top of how cruddy I usually feel during period. (Plus I was frankly sick of having to continually purchase them.) So I decided to try out a menstrual cupâand I have never been happier that I did! It took a bit of p...

I did experience some leaking in the beginning, but after playing around with it the cup is the perfect replacement for tampons/pads.

The packaging was amazing, but the instructions were a bit unclear as a first time cup user. The images couldâve been more detailed, and I think more steps wouldâve been helpful.
