If you haven’t tried them yet, do so today! You won’t regret it!💝 Ingredients: - - 1 bunch of broccolini - - Steaks of your choice - - 1 3/4 cups of heavy whipping cream - - 4 tablespoons of butter - - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella - - 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan - - 1 teaspoon of minced garlic - - Kinders buttery steakhouse seasoning - - Kinders Cowboy butter seasoning - - Meat tenderizer - - Cajun seasoning - - A1 or 57 sauce (either works great) - - Olive oil Instructions: 1. 1. Cut the steak into medium-sized cubes and season them with Kinders buttery steakhouse seasoning, tenderizer, and 57. Mix them together and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. 2. Make the Alfredo sauce: In a medium-high heat saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Once the garlic is browned, add the heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, and Kinders Cowboy seasoning. Mix everything together and cook until the cheese is melted. Reduce the heat to warm. 3. 3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the broccoli on an oiled sheet pan and season it with Kinders Cowboy seasoning. Toss the broccoli in the oil and bake for 8-12 minutes. 4. 4. In a high-heat pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter is melted, add the steak bites and cover the pan with a lid to cook them evenly. Flip the steak bites halfway through cooking. 5. 5. Serve & Enjoy!
