I am 5'3" and 208 lbs, I got an L but could've gone with an XL as well. It is tight fitting but comfortable and snatched me right up giving me that hourglass figure. I can easily breathe in it which is needed! I got it to help me with weight loss, so I am wearing it when walking longer distances. With these types of products it is important to not wear it for super long periods out of the day just like a binder! The boning in it is strong, and if you situate the wrap properly it shouldn't fold when you sit down or bend over.

I love this product so much, it is great quality, it snatches you soooo well. I honestly wish I had stumbled across this last year it would have saved me alot of time and money. Best faja I've ever purchased and that's the truth ladies.
