I cannot handle pre-workouts with caffeine so I was happy that Oath offered an alternative option that promised not to sacrifice effectiveness. This product works… but maybe a little too well. Despite being caffeine free, it still ended up being more than I could handle personally. Again, I recognize this sensitivity is specific to me; thus, I will still recommend this product. It gives exactly what it promises!

Yall. My neck, my back, my lips and arse crack were itching from this pre workout. Before ingesting I READ EVERYTHING ON THE SITE, FAQ,THEIR SCIENCE, THEIR PRODUCT INGREDIENTS AND LABELS. Yet NONE of that prepared me for the hours of itching and pinneedles my human suit vessel endured. Due to my excitement and underestimating the TINY tingle warning, I chose to do one full scoop on my first try and even a tiny bit without water. THANK THE HEAVENS I DID NOT DO TWO SCOOPS! It tastes yummy even when cold like a watermelon lemonade that quenches your thirst and a sweetness that has you go back to check the label to ensure it’s no sugar. My package came banged up in the mail and the protection film came off a bit uneven (some came off easy as if it wasn’t sealed properly and the other side was sealed with extra glue). If you are sensitive to the tingly causing agents or unsure if you are just minimize the amount you take at first. I still drink the pre-workout but because I want more creatine in my lifestyle with NO itching I can only take about 1/4 of a scoop a day or every few days of this product. Also, I adore the brand name which drew me in as it broadcasted a devotion of high quality products and trust within the company and its customers.
