Wonderful supplement! Very effective Can feel clear in the brain withing 20 min or so of taking in Only down side is the taste. Something is off with the flavor Maybe it is some of the ingredients that do that. I can ignore it at chug it down but others can't so easily

I use Bright Minds in my nightly smoothie along with other supplements, blueberries, etc. and I find that it mixes really well, there's absolutely no bad taste at all and I love it. I waited two weeks before completing this review because I wanted to see if the product really worked and I can honestly say that I wake up feeling more alert, more energetic throughout the day and I no longer dread working out in the gym. I'm a 60-year-old woman, just now trying to "get back" into shape, and this product has REALLY made a difference! I didn't know I was vitamin deficient until I used this product for two weeks and suddenly felt stronger and completely alert. I do highly recommend this, but if you're afraid of the taste or after taste, put it in your smoothie like I do and you won't even taste it. My opinion is that this works.

I like the ingredients in this product since it's like taking a multi-vitamin in powder form. I have to say I do not like the taste at all. It makes me wince when I drink it. I'd be very interested in a powder form that is unflavored, pretty please. I would buy that in a heartbeat.
