The box delivered open and tampered with it wasn't taped.It's visible that you could tell.It was pushed pulled open and tamper within pieces are missing.I tried to contact your delivery person gofo when I asked you to press 1. For english.You press one and it hangs up on you automatic.

When it arrived it wasn’t even disguised!!!! It was a sticker on the box! 😡 and the box was banged up!! So of course my kids saw it and this wasn’t a cheap gift. So they were allowed to own it up since they already saw it….Cars are already broken, track is cheaply made. NEVER again, buyer beware!

This is the second time I ordered this racetrack and both times it is missing pieces. It’s missing the same pieces from each set.

They sent the box without any packaging whatsoever, so not only did my son see his Christmas gift delivered but it was completely damaged. They also sent a broken controller (not a result of shipping damage) so the entire product isn’t able to function.

Box came with no protective box. The original box was delivered all tore up, covered in box tape to keep it together. What a joke for $70.00!

I haven’t opened this yet. It’s a gift for Christmas. But the seller thought it was fine to slap a shipping label right on the box instead of packing this item. By the time I got it FedEx had taped it all up and the box was almost destroyed. Hopefully nothing is broken or missing…very disappointed.
